Good shoes, slow shipping

I ordered a pair of HFS shoes a few weeks ago. The shoes themselves are great, really comfortable and light for my runs. I had some questions about sizing and customer service was helpful, getting back to me pretty quickly. My only real complaint is that it took almost two weeks for them to arrive after shipping. I was expecting them sooner based on other online orders I've made. Overall, a good experience, but delivery could be faster.

Happy with my first order

I was looking for some barefoot-style shoes and decided to try Xero Shoes. I got the Prio model during a sale, which was a nice bonus. I signed up for their newsletter for an extra discount too. The price felt very fair for the quality of the shoe. Shipping was standard, took about a week to get to me. They fit well and feel durable. Definitely worth what I paid, and I'll keep an eye out for future deals.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This is my third purchase from Xero Shoes, and they haven't disappointed. I got the Z-Trail EV sandals this time, and like my previous pairs, the quality is consistent. I still have my old HFS shoes from a couple of years ago, and they're holding up great. Shipping was quicker this time around, only took 5 days to reach Denver. Their website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate that they offer a range of styles. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting. I did notice they've updated some of their product pages, which is a small but nice improvement.

Are these Xero Shoes actually legit? Saw them on Shark Tank but sometimes those brands don't hold up.

A Amber K. 5 days ago
Totally legit. I've had my Prios for ages and they're still going strong. The quality is solid.

Yeah, they're the real deal. Been wearing their sandals for years. No complaints here, definitely not a 'fake' brand.

How easy are returns if the shoes don't fit? Is it a hassle or pretty straightforward?

K Karen J. 1 week ago
Super easy. Just fill out the online form and they send you a label. Got my refund pretty quick too.

Returns were fine for me. Had to send back a pair of Phoenix boots because they felt a bit snug. No issues, process was smooth.

Are the Denver boots actually warm enough for winter, or more just for looks?

J Justin M. 2 weeks ago
I wore my Denver boots last winter in Colorado, and they were surprisingly good! Not like super insulated snow boots, but for daily wear in colder temps, they held up.

They're decent. I wouldn't take them out in a blizzard, but for walking around town when it's chilly, they keep my feet comfortable enough. Good for dry cold.

what's the deal with their 5000 mile sole warranty? is that for real?

C Carol Davis 2 weeks ago
Yeah, it's a real thing! If you wear down the sole to within a millimeter in 5000 miles, you get a discount on a replacement pair. Pretty wild.

T Tim P. 2 weeks ago
It's legit. I haven't had to use it myself because my soles are still going strong, but it's a cool perk. Shows they stand behind their product.

hey planning to get some Mesa Trails, do they run true to size or should I size up/down? usually a 10 in Nikes.

D Donna Mitchell 6 days ago
I'd say they're pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit generous if anything. My Prios were spot on for my regular shoe size.

J Jacob Jones 3 days ago
For me, they fit really close to my regular size. I got my usual 8 and they feel great. Maybe check their sizing chart with your foot measurements to be super safe?

How do the Xero Shoes compare to Vivobarefoot? Are they similar or totally different feel?

N Nick Martinez 1 month ago
I've tried both. Xeros are generally more flexible and a bit thinner in the sole, especially the sandals. Vivobarefoot can feel a bit more structured sometimes.

Both are great for barefoot feel. I think Xero tends to be a bit more affordable for comparable models, and the soles feel super durable. Vivobarefoot might have some slightly different aesthetic options.

Can you use more than one coupon code at checkout? like a first order discount and something else?

J Justin Thomas 1 week ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Tried to stack once and it didn't work.
0
A Amanda Phillips 1 week ago
Yeah, they usually only let you use one promo code. Sometimes they have site-wide sales where you don't need a code though, and those discounts apply automatically.

Is there a deal for first-time buyers? Thinking of finally trying barefoot shoes with the Mika.

J Jason Turner 4 weeks ago
Yeah, usually if you sign up for their newsletter, they send you a code for your first purchase. It's usually 10% off.

S Sofia Garcia 4 weeks ago
I got 10% off my first order when I subscribed to their emails. Worth doing for sure.
